Today's Showtime Saturday installment of the Horror Movie October graphic design calendar card series is Sam Raimi's endearing tale of a young woman carrying on the wishes of a dying stranger, Drag Me To Hell.

Just when you thought bankers never helped anyone, Christine Brown (played by Alison Lohman) proves that even in our busy, self-absorbed days we can find time to help out our fellow man as they pass to the afterlife. 

I attempted to capture the experience of being lapped up by the flames of hell all while showcasing the film's protagonist and antagonist.

Today's Double Feature Friday installment of the Horror Movie October graphic design calendar card series features one of my favorite directors, Sam Raimi, and one of my favorite producers, Joss Whedon, with the seminal Evil Dead 2 and The Cabin in the Woods, respectively.

This is my kind of horror! Crazy, unpredictable, ludicrous, and in-your-face directing that keeps you jumping and screaming. Bruce Campbell, Thor, chainsaw hands, and mermen. How can you go wrong?
